When you call Carolina Radiation Medicine's Cancer Treatment Center during regular clinic hours, you are certain to be greeted by a person, not an answering machine or voice mail. It is the clinic policy that an appropriate individual will answer all incoming calls. The emphasis and concern at CRM is that you will receive personal attention, and never have to wonder whether the staff or doctor is available, or whether a call will be returned. You will get voice mail only if you request to leave a voice mail message for one of the staff.
